About The Project |

About Us This Project was started by Markie Bee of SteppersUSA.Com in December of 2007 with the goal of compiling an accurate and complete history of Chicago Stepping from it's beginning to the present. The project is not a one person project. It requires cooperation, collaboration and information sharing by people who have historical knowledge of the dance. If you have knowledge of events you believe to be of historic value (no matter how significant you may consider it) please read the Participate section as well as the FAQ's. We hope to have as many people as possible will dedicate some time and effort to make this project work for the benefit of the steppers community and the public at-large. |
